Processing and transit
We normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 2–4 business days, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Weekend, holiday, carrier, weather, security, and address-review delays can extend either period.
Rates, tracking, and delivery
Any free-shipping eligibility and the final shipping charge are determined at checkout. When tracking is available, it is sent to the order email. Customers should monitor tracking and promptly report an address error, stalled parcel, loss, or delivery concern. A carrier scan marked delivered may require checking the property, household, neighbors, and carrier before review.
Damage and restrictions
Keep the packaging and send clear photos or video if an item arrives damaged. Some destinations, products, or carrier services may be restricted; an affected order may be declined or refunded.
