What products are available?

Is shipping free?

How long does delivery take?

Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. These estimates are not guaranteed.

Can I return an item?

No-reason returns are not offered. A damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item may be reviewed when reported within 30 days with order details and photos or video.

How do I report a problem item?

Send the order number, order email, description, and clear evidence. Do not send an item back without authorization.

How can I pay?

Use only the payment option displayed in checkout. Shopify Payments and digital wallets are not currently enabled; available checkout options may change.
