Only a payment option displayed on the checkout page may be used. Shopify Payments and digital wallets are not currently enabled. Checkout availability can change, so the options presented during the transaction control.
Authorization and review
Submitting an order authorizes the selected provider to validate payment information and reserve or collect the order amount. An order may be held, declined, or cancelled when authorization fails, information is inconsistent, inventory changes, or fraud and security checks require review.
Charges, currency, and refunds
Prices and checkout totals are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and other required amounts appear before confirmation. Do not submit repeated orders while payment is pending. Approved refunds go to the original method when technically available and may take additional time to appear.
